We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday:7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Friday:7:45 a.m. - Noon

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. It is important in order to complete treatment on time that you keep each and every appointment as scheduled. We do realize that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we would request that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. We also want you to know that we make every possible attempt to schedule appointments around school schedules, however it is impossible to schedule everyone after school, and occasionally we will ask that you come during school hours. We schedule longer and emergency appointments during the morning hours to allow for more appointments in the afternoons.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your financial arrangements are made with your insurance estimate taken into account, however, if your insurance either denies or rejects your claim, or if it pays less than was estimated, the entire balance will be due by you. Our financial staff can help you make arrangements for any unexpected balances. We encourage you to check with your insurance companies to understand your policies better.
